Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

• “Request” means a Request or Quote submitted by You to purchase services from RGL.

• “You” means the individual accessing RGL’s Services, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Times

All Requests and Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 24 hours. Please allow additional business days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, RGL will contact You via the contact details that you submitted with your Request or Quote.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed on Your Order form.

• Shipping method: Same Day
  Shipment cost: CAD, Calculated by RGL
  Estimated delivery time: 1 business day
• Shipping method: Next Day
  Shipment cost: CAD, Calculated by RGL
  Estimated delivery time: 2 business days
• Shipping method: City Delivery
  Shipment cost: CAD, Calculated by RGL
  Estimated delivery time: 1 business day

Next Day deliveries are only available for Orders with delivery addresses within the Toronto GTA and Hamilton Wentworth regions.

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to traffic and weather.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

RGL currently does not ship or deliver to P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment or Delivery Confirmation Email once Your Order has been processed and shipped. The Order will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

RGL is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages

RGL is not liable for any products damaged or lost during Delivery or Shipping. During Order pick up RGL will inspect the shipment, note any damages, sign off on any damages, and deliver Your Order or Shipment as is. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
